Information you give us. When you contact us, book a meet & greet or schedule services, we collect:

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and service address, plus emergency contacts you provide.

• Pet information: your pet's name, breed, age, health and behavior notes, medications, feeding routines, and veterinarian details.

• Home access details: keys, lockbox or door codes, alarm instructions, parking and building access, and notes about your home.

• Payment and billing information: invoices and payment records. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers.

Information from our services. During visits, our team may record visit notes, times, and photos or videos of your pet to share with you.

Information from our website. When you visit www.fetchandfavor.com, our website provider may automatically collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, pages visited and general location, using cookies and similar tools. You can limit cookies in your browser settings.

Text messages. If you opt in to texts, we collect your mobile number, your consent, and the messages we exchange.

3. How We Use and Share Your Information

How we use it. We use your information to:

• Schedule and provide your services, and match you with the right sitter

• Care for your pet safely, including in an emergency

• Access and care for your home as you've instructed

• Send booking confirmations, reminders, visit updates and invoices

• Answer your questions and improve our services

• Meet our legal, insurance and accounting obligations

Who we share it with. We share only what is needed, and only with:

• Our team: the sitters and staff assigned to your care see the details they need for your visits.

• Service providers: companies that help us run the business, such as our scheduling, payment, email, website and texting platforms. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.

• Veterinarians and emergency services: when your pet needs care or there is an emergency in your home.

• Our insurer: if needed to handle a claim.

• Legal authorities: when required by law.

No mobile information will be shared or sold with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

With your consent, we may share photos of your pet on our social media. We never post your name, address or other details that identify your home.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

4. Text Messaging Privacy

If you opt in to texts from Fetch & Favor, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your services: booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, visit updates and photos, billing notices, and replies to your questions. We do not send promotional texts.

No mobile information will be shared or sold with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. 5. Security, Your Choices and Contact

Keeping your information safe. We limit access to your information to the team members who need it for your care. Keys and access codes are stored securely and are never kept with your name or address. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will let you know if a breach affects you.

How long we keep it. We keep your information while you are a client and for as long as needed for billing, insurance and legal records afterward. When you stop using our services, we return or destroy your keys and delete access codes.

Your choices. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you texts or emails, at any time. Contact us and we'll take care of it, unless we need to keep certain records by law.

Children. Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
